IBS/SIBO Module
​This extra module is designed to help people who may be suffering from SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth).
​
This is where bacteria have migrated from the large intestine to the small intestine (where they shouldn't be)  and are causing severe IBS symptoms such as:
​

  • Foul smelling gas (rotten eggs/methane)

  • Foul smelling stool

  • Extreme bloating (quite quickly after eating)

  • Achy joints

  • Brain fog

  • Very loose stools

  • Extreme constipation

  • Notices reactions after eating a variety of carbohydrate rich foods such as fruits (banana, stone fruits), vegetables (onions, garlic, mushrooms), grain (couscous, wheat)  and alcohol, syrups and added sugars to name a few.

Supplements
​Supplements are optional in The 28 Day Gut Reset but are highly advised if you are doing the IBS/SIBO module. These supplements will speed up the rate of recovery by reducing the microbial imbalance you have as a result of SIBO. We will work through the classic Gut Healing method of the 5 R's Protocol
