Naturopathic Nutrition is about utilising the 5 Naturopathic Principles to provide a personalised and individual approach to optimal health. This is achieved through whole and organic foods, detoxification and cleansing whilst assessing and rebalancing all aspects of the persons life.

The 5 Naturopathic Principles are: 

1. Harnessing the healing powers of nature 

2. Treating the cause of an illness not the symptoms

3. Assessing the person as a whole 

4. Education (on diet and lifestyle)

5. Promoting prevention rather than cure.


I am studying to help clients become their most healthy and fit selves via natural and non invasive methods. 


I will graduate from the UK’s leading school for natural therapies; The College of Naturopathic Medicine in November 2019. Watch this space!
